You probably can't find out without a lawyer.
Even when you manage to find the piece of land yourself, the next thing you'll need is a lawyer.

Dutch is a lot easier to learn for a native English speaker. The grammar is quite alike, some words are (almost) the same, only the pronounciation is different.

Greek however... I think I will never speak that language fluently!

So maybe learn Dutch first, it will give you more feelings of succes B)

That's true, and indeed I mean booking far ahead. I wouldn't want to give my money directly to the creditors.

Here in the Netherlands some warn that liquatiation is already spoken about, hence my warning. Or maybe they will try (again) to let it go on with a new name.

About guarantees: here when you book your flight at a travel agency which has certain guarantees you are quite safe. If you book it yourself on the internet, like I was planning, you just loose the money (I could be wrong), this is the best I know)
