I signed up to the Cretan Gazette but have received nothing at all since doing so. I was expecting to recieve some kind of newsletter by email, is this not the case?

Thanks for the info I will take a look. One thing I have been wondering about is a village map, most tourist sites you can find nice touristy type maps of the location which shows the vital things plus others, any idea where I would find one or if anyone has one? Also, I am use to driving in places such as Balearic Islands and Corfu - would you recommend driving, are the roads badly made, busy etc.

Details of attractions, photos of the area, in particular Sissi. I have signed up to the newsletter and Cretan Gazette but not received anything.

I have now booked in the resort of Sissi - Any recommendations?

I'm now thinking of stay at the Bella Vista Apartments in Sissi (don't mistake this for the Bella Vista is Stalis).

Does anyone have any experience at this place, thoughts, views, etc.
