If you really want to find her I suggest you find a Private Investigator in the area, they should be able to trace her. I'm a P.I. in the UK and most people can be found eventually. It may take time and a few hundred dollars but it's worth it, believe me.

Have you read the book Flowers of Rethymnon (escape from Crete) by Lew Lind. He was an Aussie soldier. 19 at the time. Really good book. I bought my copy in Crete. Let me know if you want a copy and can't find one. I'll check on amazon.
