I've already contacted them but the smallest price that they can offer is about 500 EUR/month. This is for me too expensive, although for them is a significant discount - becaue they rent the same car per day with about 30 EUR, so per month could be 30x30=900 EUR!

thank you all for your opinions. When I asked this question on the forum I was thinking at the following scenario: one stayed 4 months in Greece (so a longer period than the accepted one for tourists) and then returns in her country for a short vacation (let's say one week). When she come back in Greece she could be asked at the airport by the custom officers why she stayed for longer than 3 months in Greece (this could be checked even there are no stamps on the passport if they enter the dates of entering and exiting in Greece in the computer). Because she can't prove with a residence permit they could interdict her to enter again in Greece for the next years.
Is this scenario plausible or is more SF?

I've already ADSL modem from forthnet (ADSL in a box package for pstn line) - the silver box :-)
So, I try to resume, if I understood well I have to pay:

- creating a new PSTN line: 35 + 14.76 for each month
- ADSL: 42 + 17.53 each month (at 768 kbps) or 22 per month (at 1024 kbps)

Is this true?

Hello all again!

I'm now in Heraklion and in the weekend I'd like to visit a beach near Heraklion. I understood that in Heraklion city there are not beaches proper for swimming. I will not try to swim now - it's just that I want to see the beaches.
So, could you please indicate me some of beautiful beaches near the Heraklion which I can reach quickly by bus?
Please indicate me also what bus should I take and from where.
