Hello everyone. I have already messaged yianni concerning this matter but i would also like the opinions of others aswell.
I am an 18 year old boy living in Toronto. I want to move to crete with in 3-4 years from now and i wanted to bring a trade with me. I hear that air conditioning and heating technician is a big trade in Greece. I have the opportunity to learn one trade from an arsenal of trades.
My question is Which trade do you think would be the most transferable for crete and even if its a smart idea
Thank you in advance
Dimitrios

Dimitri,
Manolis suggestion for becoming an air-conditioning technician is an excellent one. This summer I heard that people had to get into a waiting list in order to purchase an air-conditioning device, and the company offered them no guarantee about when it would be installed in their house. In some cases they had to wait for more than 20 days for the technician to visit them, because they are not enough for the high demand of the last years.
All technicians in general, logotherapists and dieticians are the professions with zero unemployment in Greece today.
