I have made a sequence of pictures, altogether 35, showing how our dream became a reality. There is a short text to each picture, revealed when clicking on it.

Please start clicking on the picture in upper left hand corner called "Waiting in Heathrow" in the Album also called "Filling and empty house". Then find the next picture in the series, indicated by a small thumbnail picture with a single triangle pointing to the left.

Do NOT run it as a slide show, since it will run it backwards.

Why the first pictures ended up in page 4, I do not know. There are still things to learn about this wonderful program!

It all started with preparing for departure on March 13, the day after Sissel handed in her dissertation.

Dear Old Viking. Impressive how well you and Lady Viking have been established in a short time. Your place looks really nice, especieally with the new furniture. What about a solar heater on the roof? Good luck with your new Cretean life. Best wishes and love from the Young Vikings biggrin.gif

Thanks for your comment. We have not found it justified to invest in a solar heater, but I realize it would reduce CO2 emissions!

I first thought this entry was made by a local dealer in solar heaters, but soon realized it was entered by my oldest son living in Denmark!
