please is there any1 out there who know how they make the pork giros soooooooo tasty wot do they use?

If your referring to the meat itself I think it is because they put a layer of fat between the layers of meat... don't know specifics about spices though.

While I was in crete I loved this dish so bought back a jar of giros spices for all my meat dishes! i will check on the ingedients on the jar and let you know :unsure:
